  • Dr. Nicole K. Overbey

Dr. Overbey was born into a family devoted to animal rescue work, and she was destined to become a veterinarian from a young age. Her childhood playmates included not only cats and dogs but horses, parrots, an iguana, a squirrel, and even a tarantula.

Dr. Overbey attended Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts for undergraduate studies and  graduated with honors from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 2005.  After graduation she moved to Los Angeles and worked at a busy small animal hospital where she remained for the next decade.  Her professional interests include care of  rescue and shelter pets, dentistry and geriatric medicine.  She especially enjoys forming a bond with owners and working with them through the lifetime of their pet.

  • Dr. Cheryl Roge

Dr. Cheryl Roge grew up in Northbrook, IL with a houseful of domestic pets (dogs, guinea pigs and birds) as well as many orphaned wildlife babies.  She worked in animal hospitals and stables from the age of 15.  Upon completing the undergraduate program at the University of Illinois she continued her studies at Mississippi State College of Veterinary Medicine.  She began practicing veterinary medicine in 1994.  In 2011, after practicing at an emergency clinic and owning her own small animal practice, Dr. Roge joined All Creatures Animal Hospital.

Dr. Roge loves helping pets and places an extensive emphasis with cats and dogs and their human families on behavioral issues.  Senior wellness, pain management and dermatology are also of great importance to her.  It is not uncommon for Dr. Roge to follow up with a pet owner when she is not in the hospital.  Clients are touched and impressed with her enthusiasm as well as the way she takes extra measures.  She typically gives clients her cell phone number should they have concerns in the evening or on the weekends when the hospital is closed.
